I think there is a lesson learned with success that restaurants need to be reminded of, quality over service time. If it's not right don't serve it. As much I liked this place, a simple scrambled egg should never be under cooked and it was only due to shortage in staff or the place was packed. A cook or chef should always choose quality at all costs. The bread and bacon were spot on but additional money additional eggs and this was not at the expectation that one would think of coming here. I am sure this is not the norm but it's also the reason sometimes I drive past this establishment because they do have a quantity of customers, things shouldn't be rushed.

Food was great! Felt like Grandma's house! Service was fast, careful and friendly. Ambiance is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars. They need to make it bigger! It was so packed, there was a huge waitlist and others left because it would have been 2hrs to get in. Go get some on a week day. Worth every penny and every minute!!

Tried Ellie's for the first time! Very cute place and staff very friendly & attentive. Wife & I just in the mood for pancakes so we asked what the difference was between a short stack and a full plate and was told a short stack is 2 pancakes and full is 4! My wife ordered a short stack of plain pancakes, and I ordered a short stack of blueberry. We ordered a side of bacon and each had a coffee. . We were so glad we didn't order a full order of pancakes.! The two that came to our table were as big as a plate they were on. We each ended up eating a little over half of our short stack and they were delicious! We will definitely be going back !

Love coming to ELLIE'S for breakfast/brunch. The menu has so many wonderful choices it's hard to choose. The food is delicious, drinks on point, and service is good and friendly! So when we heard they were serving dinner we were excited to come in. We came in Friday night for Prime Rib and to say it did not disappoint would be an understatement, it was outstanding! Annie was our server, she is so nice and gives stellar service. The Prime Rib, baked potato and vegetables were all perfectly cooked. The side salad was a meal in itself with delicious blue cheese dressing and blue cheese crumbles! We also tried the blue cheese bacon butter they serve with their Flat Iron Steak, smeared it on our baked potato, wow it is so good. We love Ellie's.
